The Center for Poverty Research at UC Davis announces its 2012-13 small grants competition. With core funding from the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation, we will award up to five grants of up to $20,000 each for research in the areas of: poverty and labor markets; the social safety net including health and educational programs; children and the intergenerational transmission of poverty; and immigration and poverty. Preference will be given to junior scholars from all disciplines.
Applications are due on or before January 31, 2012.
