We would like to invite you to submit a paper for presentation at the next
meeting of the NBER, Corporate Finance Group will be held on Friday, March
31, 2006 at the Gleacher Center, University of Chicago, 450 North City
Front Plaza Drive, Chicago, IL on Friday, March 31, 2006.
As usual, we are planning a dinner for Thursday evening.

file with CFS2006 in the subject line to both of the following addresses:

We welcome suggestions for papers written by people who are not regular
members of the group. The paper submission deadline is JANUARY 31ST.
