I would like to invite you to submit a paper for presentation at the next
meeting of the NBER, Corporate Finance Group will be held on Friday,
November 19, 2004 at the NBER, 1050 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA. As
usual, we are planning a dinner for Thursday evening.
Please send two hard copies of the papers to me by mail marked NBER
Corporate Finance Meeting by OCTOBER 6th.
