meeting of the NBER, Corporate Finance Group which will be held on Friday,
April 9th, 2003 at the University of Chicago, Gleacher Center, 450 North
Cityfront Plaza Drive, Chicago, IL. As usual, we are planning a dinner for
Thursday evening.

Please send us two copies of the papers marked NBER Corporate Finance
Meeting by February 10th. Please do not e-mail the paper unless you
absolutely have to.
