I would like to invite you to submit a paper for presentation at the next
meeting of the NBER Corporate Finance Group. The meeting will be held on
Friday, November 10th, in Cambridge. As usual we are planning a dinner for
Thursday evening. Rene Stultz has kindly agreed to select the papers for
this meeting. Please send a paper or a detailed abstract to him by
September 15th marked "NBER Fall Corporate Finance Meetings" at
