This one-day conference brings together labour economists and corporate governance specialists to present new evidence on the incidence, correlates and effects of changes in CEO compensation and governance structures in China. The conference is organized jointly by Zhejiang University (Hangzhou, China) and the National Institute of Economic and Social Research (London, UK).
