Dear AP Members
I am happy to announce that we have four new members in the program:
Jaroslav Borovika (NYU), Ian Dew-Becker (Kellogg), Tyler Muir (Yale SOM)
and Michael Weber (Booth) have joined as Faculty Research Fellows.
Moreover, Dimitris Papanikolaou (Kellogg) was promoted from FRF to Research
Associate.
Our next meeting will be at the Summer Institute on Thursday July 14 and
Friday July 15. Sydney Ludvigson and Stijn van Nieuwerburgh are in the
process of selecting papers for the meeting. The morning of Thursday July
14 will be joint with "Macro, Money, and Financial Frictions" (organized by
Markus Brunnermeier, Arvind Krishnamurthy, Andrew Metrick, Guillermo
Ordonez, and David Scharfstein.)
Our fall meeting will be on Friday October 28 at Stanford. Valentin Haddad
and Moto Yogo will be organizing the meeting.
Over the next three years, the Norwegian Finance Initiative will be
sponsoring three conferences on "New Developments in Long-Term Asset
Management". Luis Viceira and I will be organizing these meetings. The
first meeting will be on Thursday afternoon & Friday May 19-20 in
Cambridge, here is the program for those of you who may be interested
