The Insurance and Risk Management Department at the Wharton School seeks applicants for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at any level: Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. The Department has undergraduate and MBA programs specializing in risk management and economics, and we also offer a PhD in Applied Economics. Applicants must have a Ph.D. (expected completion by June 30, 2012 is acceptable) with an interest in economic and financial aspects of risk management. Excellence in research and teaching are the primary criteria for this position. The appointment is expected to begin July 1, 2011.
