Dear AP members,
I am happy to announce that we have a large group of new members: Hui Chen (MIT Sloan), Jakub Jurek (Princeton), Ralph Kojien (Chicago Booth), Chris Malloy (HBS), Nick Roussanov (Wharton), and Jules van Binsbergen (Stanford GSB) joined as Faculty Research Fellows. Xavier Gabaix (NYU Stern), Nicolae Garleanu (Berkeley Haas), and Stijn van Nieuwerburgh (NYU Stern) were promoted from FRFs to Research Associates.
Please hold the date for our fall AP meeting: November 5, 2009 at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Sydney Ludvigson and Lasse Pedersen will organize the meeting.
Earlier today, Jim Poterba sent an email about graduate student nominations for the Summer Institute. Please note the deadline for these nominations, May 21.
