NBER Summer Institute 2010, working group on the Risks of Financial Institutions - call for papers

The NBER working group on the Risks of Financial Institutions will meet on
July 14 in Cambridge during the Summer Institute, immediately after the
Asset Pricing and Corporate Finance meetings. We invite you to submit
papers for this meeting by sending them to Nell Gerhart at
(dice_at_cob.osu.edu) We will consider papers that broadly fit with the
mission of the working group. Though the program will not be limited to
such papers, we are especially interested in papers that further our
understanding of the financial crisis and of policy changes that could make
such crises less likely, in papers on employee compensation in the
financial services industry (especially compensation and risk), and in
papers on aspects of the shadow banking system. The deadline for submission
of papers is April 15. If you have questions about the meeting or whether a
paper you are working on would be suitable for submission, please do not
