RE: Call for Papers, NBER Corporate Finance Program Meeting, November 20, 2009

The next NBER Corporate Finance Program Meeting will be held at the
Royal Sonesta Hotel, 40 Edwin H. Land Boulevard, Cambridge, MA on
Friday, November 20, 2009.

Christian Leuz and Morten Sorensen will organize the Corporate
Finance meeting. Please upload any paper you would like to present at
the link below

We welcome suggestions for papers written by people who are not
regular members of the group. We require that the paper submission
be uploaded as soon as possible, no later than SEPTEMBER 30th.
