I send an email earlier asking for one paper per meeting, but I had not thought about coauthors -- "can I send in two papers if they have different coauthors?" etc. I don't want to have a lot of rules, nor stifle good work. Don't overdo it by sending 5 papers for consideration to a meeting, that's all.
