*SCHOLARLY WRITING ON LIFELONG*

*FINANCIAL SECURITY*

This prestigious award, named in honor of Paul A. Samuelson, the first
American to win the Nobel Prize in economics and a former CREF Trustee,
includes a cash prize of $10,000. The award will be presented at the
annual meeting of the Allied Social Science Association in Boston, MA in
January 2015.

**

*Submissions must be postmarked September 12, 2014*.

Submissions may be theoretical or empirical in nature, but must cover a
subject directly relevant to lifelong financial security. The research
must be in a book or article form and must have been published between
January 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014. Submissions must be postmarked by
September 12, 2014.
