To members of NBER programs on Aging, Health Care, Health Economics, Labor
Studies, Public Economics, and Children:

The NBER Aging program is currently seeking applicants for two pre-doctoral
fellowship opportunities.

• Fellowship Program in Aging and Health Research, funded by the National
Institute on Aging, for students in the greater-Boston area.

• Fellowship Program in Disability Policy, funded by the Social Security
Administration, for students at their home universities in North America.

Flyers with information about eligibility requirements and application
procedures are attached and can also be found on our website at

I would appreciate your help in publicizing these programs and in
encouraging applications from promising candidates.

Please note that NIA fellows must be US citizens or permanent residents. We
are not able to sponsor visas for either the NIA or the DRC fellowship.

The deadline for applications is April 15, 2016.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me or Janet
Stein at the Cambridge office, (617) 588-0366 or jbstein_at_nber.org

Thank you for your help.
