Some of you may be interested in the attached Call for Papers for the
70th Annual Congress of the International Institute of Public
Finance. The theme for the conference this year is "Redesigning the
Welfare State for Aging Societies." The conference is August 20-23,
2014 in Lugano, Switzerland.
