Subject: New announcements from NIH Health Economics Common Fund

Mike:

Could you help us publicize new announcements from the NIH Common Fund program in Health Economics?

Economic Studies Ancillary to Completed or Ongoing Health Care Delivery and Financing Pilots, Demonstrations, and Other Experiments (R01)<http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-RM-11-023.html>

RFA-RM-11-023

Phased Economic Studies Ancillary to Planned Health Care Delivery and Financing Pilots, Demonstrations, and Other Experiments (R21/R33)<http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-RM-11-024.html>

RFA-RM-11-024

Applications are due Feb 8.

Our colleague Sarah Duffy of NIDA (duffys_at_nida.nih.gov<mailto:duffys_at_nida.nih.gov>) has taken the lead on these – applications are welcome on the full range of health care issues of concern to all of NIH; this is from the Common Fund rather than just NIDA or NIA or any one institute.

As always, we appreciate your help in getting the word out!

Best – John Haaga
