Subject: Hello from Damodar Gujarati

Hi Mike:

I hope all is well with you. If you remember, I was working on a book, Econometrics By Example, for quite some time. Finally, the first draft of the book is ready. It has 17 short chapters, for a total of 392 pages (typed one and one-half space). These chapters discuss major themes in econometrics. Each chapter has one or two fully worked examples, which are carried further in subsequent chapters. If you could suggest a name of a Professor who will read the manuscript and give me feedback, I will appreciate that very much. I will be glad to give an honorarium. If you are interested in reading the book, please let me know and I will send the chapters electronically. There are several chapters on cross-section data analysis that you might like.

I hope to hear from you,
Have a nice day.
Damodar
