The 11th Frontiers in Health Policy Research meeting will take place on
June 11, 2008. The meeting will be held in Washington DC at the Kaiser
Family Foundation's Barbara Jordan Conference Center.
As in past years, papers from the conference will be published (subject
to journal acceptance procedures) in the Forum for Health Economics and
Policy. Publication in the Forum will facilitate broad distribution of
the papers. Past issues of Frontiers are available at
http://www.bepress.com/fhep .
We will also invite government officials, congressional staff, news
media, and various other policy people from the Washington area.
Presentations should therefore be non-technical and provide information
relevant to current health policy issues. However, we will encourage the
spirited discussion that is characteristic of NBER meetings.
We are accepting submissions until April 21. Please submit an abstract
not to exceed one page to Ingrid Maples (imaples_at_rand.org). We will
require all authors to submit a complete manuscript by May 28 papers can
be distributed before the meeting.
