Jeremy White, the Assistant Vice President of Outreach & Business
Development at H&R Block, asked me to re-forward the attached (and revised)
call for proposals to members of the NBER and other interested researchers.
As I mentioned in my previous January 31 message, in the last few years, a
number of NBER researchers have conducted policy experiments in conjunction
with H&R Block. The attached call for proposals focuses on new policy
experiments that H&R Block hopes to conduct during tax season 2008. The
invitation letter includes Mr. White's contact information if you have
questions or need more information. The new deadline for receipt of Letters
of Inquiry is April 6, 2007.
