Dear Staff Colleagues -
I look forward to seeing you at 11:00 this morning for a staff
meeting. I've attached a brief agenda. I received what I thought was a
very constructive suggestion to shift from an every-three-week cadence
for staff meetings, to a "first Wednesday of the month" regime. I'd
like to try that; no need to meet next Wednesday, and February is a
short month, so our next meeting will be on Wednesday March 1. We'll
fit in a social gathering during February!
