Tonight, Monday, December 12-13, between 10pm and 2am, there will be a
brief disruption to NBER computing resources to patch for a security
vulnerability that was recently identified. All connections from inside
and outside our network will be disrupted. You will be able to reconnect
after this short interruption, which should last no more than 5-10 minutes.
Researchers: This work will cause your current SSH, VPN, and RDP session to
be terminated. If you have jobs that are running in the foreground, those
may also be terminated. In general, we recommend running jobs in batch mode
/ background.
