[NBER-1050staff]: Parking in the Ellery St. lot

Dear Staff,

For those of you who've been driving to the office and do not have a
reserved parking space behind the building, please park in the Ellery
Street lot.
This will ease the congestion behind the building and, hopefully, stop
non-NBER drivers from using the Ellery spaces.
