Board Changes

Good morning.

At yesterday's meeting of the NBER Board of Directors, the following
changes took place.

Franklin Fisher is now Director Emeritus

Richard L. Schmalensee is now the MIT representative.

If any of you need to know the Executive Committee changes, please let me know.
