I am excited to announce that the NBER now has a web based, self-service
room reservation system called Skedda to go along with our newly
upgraded conference
rooms at 1050.

welcome to continue contacting Carl Beck or Lisa Ursino to schedule NBER
conference spaces, we encourage you to also try Skedda. Booking a space is
as simple as scheduling on an electronic calendar. You can bookmark
https://nber.skedda.com, or go to MyNBER > 1050 Resources to find it. For
the majority of our colleagues at 1050, logging into Skedda with your NBER
password via Single Sign On (SSO) is the simplest way to get started. Please
email it-support_at_nber.org if you need assistance.
You will see there are three rooms available for scheduling at this time:
- *Third Floor Conference Room 321* (AV upgrade is complete; email
it-support_at_nber.org for training if you would like a quick tutorial on
the new videoconference system or see the AV instructions on the Technology
Support <
https://www.nber.org/technology-support> page)
- *Fourth Floor Conference Room* (outside the spiral stairs; note this
room doesn’t have technology planned yet)
- *Feldstein Conference Room 207* (renovation scheduled late February)
We appreciate your reserving spaces, as the booking data is helpful in
assessing the right number of spaces to outfit with hybrid-friendly
technology as folks return to 1050 more frequently. As always, I welcome
your feedback on the technology as we plan the next phase of upgrades.
