On Tuesday, December 20th at 12:15 am (aka late Monday evening), NBER
computing resources will be disrupted briefly while we perform critical
maintenance. Affected systems include email, back office/database
driven web content, file shares, compute servers, and VPN connections.
After a pause of about a minute, the majority of these services should
begin working again without interruption.
If the upgrade does not go as planned, it is possible, but unlikely,
that a second brief disruption will be necessary when we revert the changes.
