Dear All:

I would like to inform that we have run our upgrades and most systems and
functions are back up and open for use. We did run into some problems and
the following are still not up:

1) storage volume /disk/eagedisk1 is unavailable.
(affect only a select set of project/users)
2) servers nber3 and agesas1 are still down.

We are working on these. At the moment we cannot give an ETA on these
items as we need to figure out the reason and a solution.

All web, email, administrative, accounting services and computing servers
are up other than the ones mentioned above.

What was done?
1) Firewall firmware updated.
2) OS has been updated.
3) R was upgraded from version 3.5.1 to 4.0.3 (latest).
(some of you may have locally installed R libraries. These may have to
be updated as we moved to R4.0.3. R3.5.1 is still available. You can
use the commands R3 or R3script).
4) Other packages were updated as well.

Please let us know if you encounter any issues.

We thank you all for the patience and consideration and apologize for any
inconveniences this operation may have caused.
