This file contains all the Stata do files and data.  
MASTER_VMT Tax Shift.do is the master do file that calls all other do files.  Set the root directory to the directory where this file is contained in line 15 of the do file.

All tables and figures will be contained in the directory ../stata/outout.

The NHTS source data for vehicles and persons are contained in the folder ../stata.  These are the raw data downloaded from the NHTS website and converted to a stata file without any changes.
