Dear Jean,

We made a small change to the 1980 5% files a few months ago and neglected
to document it on the revisions page.  There was an error in the 1980 5%
file where some of the serial numbers repeated themselves.  No other
variables were affected.  We kept the old files just in case our fix of
SERIAL introduced new errors (no new errors have surfaced).

Sorry for the confusion--we will update the revisions page.
